"They put out an ad on craigslist saying they we’re looking for somebody to come paint a building....With my portfolio that I had already with my work done down on the riverfront and just other little works around the city...With me being a felon it’s hard making money. But I can't just sit around twiddling my thumbs, ya know? I gotta make something happen." @riverfronttimes issue APRIL 12-18, 2017 | VOLUME 41 | NUMBER 15 Page 5.

“Like I said this, this is a waste. It’s a complete waste of…They either could develop it into one of the best parks, in probably the state, with some money obviously. Or just let people come out and dump and shoot. You go out on other roads that are blocked off and there’s whole sections that are caved in like this over there but the roads caved instead.” People come out here and meet each other.  You know rendezvous. You can tell if their parked if it’s a rendezvous.  When one gets out of one car and gets in the other.  People come out here, obviously, and drug deals…The funny thing is when you see people come out have their dog run while their still driving.  There’s a couple old ladies out here that do that.

I can’t believe that there not been any bodies dumped out here.

"It started a couple years ago. I was hiking around and I passed the same bag four times and I got so mad that, ‘why isn’t anyone picking it up!?’ Then I realized, I hadn’t picked it up myself either so how can I complain about other people not doing it if I don’t do it. Then it kinda snowballed. I started doing these clean ups and people got interested. We’ve got a good little group now that we’re working on building. It’s been a pretty cool adventure."
